Yacht Management 

Placing your yacht with us at Golden Black Sailing will mean that your asset is professionally managed and, marketed extensively to ensure maximum return on your investment.
We will take on the day-to-day care of your yacht, saving you the time and costs of checking on your yacht when you are not able to use it.

As an owner will receive a substantial proportion of the charter income from your yacht subject to the terms of the management contract, which will normally run for one year at a time. The standard management agreement works on a percentage basis of 60% of yacht basic charter income being passed to the owner. Alternative management arrangements are offered, such as fixed fee agreements where the owner receives 100% of the charter income.

With the income generated from charter management many owners have been able to upgrade to much larger or newer yachts than they had originally thought possible as their original calculations for running expenses are drastically offset by the charter management income.
